Healing cannot truly begin until we are ready to sit down, pull off the bandages, and clean out our old wounds. This is just as true of our mental and emotional wounds as it is of our physical wounds. If what you’ve tried hasn’t been working, then it’s time to step out of your comfort zone and try something new.

In the time I’ve been working as a counselor, I’ve gained experience working with clients facing a variety of concerns, including substance use disorders, bipolar disorder, PTSD, major life changes, grief, anger management, and more. While I tend to work primarily from a cognitive-behavioral approach, I also believe that therapy is unique to each client and will pull from various other therapeutic perspectives in order to provide the best care possible to each client.

I strive to meet each client where they’re at and to create a safe space in which to heal. If you’re ready to try something new, then step out of your comfort zone and reach out. I would be honored to walk alongside you in your healing journey.

I'm a Strength-Based Coach. I’m passionate about helping individuals and families thrive with neurodiversity. I’ve been married since 2010, and my family has firsthand experience with ADHD and ASD, which fuels my dedication to this work.

My journey began in 2019 with my son’s diagnosis, followed by my own, and led me to deepen my understanding of ADHD, ASD, anxiety, and neurodivergence as a whole. Through my experiences as a military spouse, homeschool mom, and educator, I’ve developed a compassionate, strength-based approach to support children and adults alike. My goal is to give you education and freedom to learn to work with your Neurodivergence as opposed to fighting it.

Currently, I’m pursuing certification as a Mental Health Coach (expected June 2026) and will be NBC-HWC certified in August 2026. My goal is to empower you with practical tools, insights, and confidence to navigate neurodiversity positively.
